I. PRODUCTION PROCESS

Only premium quality fresh sugarcane varieties (ROC16, SU) known for excellent sweetness and color are selected from certified farms in Vietnam. After harvesting, the fresh sugarcane undergoes a rigorous processing workflow: initial cleaning to remove field debris, careful peeling to remove the outer skin, removal of the top section if needed, thorough washing to eliminate impurities, and cutting into uniform lengths of 35-50 cm. The processed fresh sugarcane is then rapidly frozen at -18°C using IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology to lock in freshness, sweetness, and nutritional value.
