After harvesting, the passion fruit is thoroughly cleaned, halved, and sliced into thin rounds (sliced form) with sizes of 5.5mm or 5-7mm according to customer requirements. The product is then placed in a freeze-drying system at deep sub-zero temperatures, sublimating the water in the fruit without destroying cellular structure, preserving the vibrant yellow color, sweet-tart flavor, and natural nutrients.
